Prime Stone Group LLC is a full-service national developer specializing in design-build projects ranging from 30,000 to over 1.5 million square feet. Our Experience
Since 1983, the principals of Prime Stone Group LLC have developed over 60 million square feet of space across 26 states. Our portfolio encompasses a diverse range of facilities, including industrial, retail, warehouse and distribution, refrigerated, institutional, office, medical, and assisted living properties.
Led by Managing Member Jeff Greenwalt, who is also the National Director of Industrial Development at the Sansone Group, bringing over 40 years of experience in development and construction, we continue to expand into industrial, shallow-bay flex, datacenters, and manufacturing assets. Our client commitment is at the heart of our success—over 85% of our work comes from repeat clients, a testament to the trust and relationships we’ve built.
